The Leeds International Studies Center, the Leeds Picky International Center and their programs are provided by the study group in cooperation with the University of Leeds and the University of Leeds Picky.

You will work with colleagues throughout the center to ensure the effective delivery of teaching programs in line with our education strategy, the broader scholarship and the distinguished student experience goals. It will also contribute directly to students supporting, developing and implementing innovative teaching practices throughout the center. As a teacher, it will contribute to the design, development and production of educational materials, learning and delivery through a group of units or within the subject area.

About the role

  • Participate in regular meetings with teaching and support staff who contribute to the effective college of the program and the student life course.
  • Contribute to designing the units of delivery and development of units offered by the center
  • Contribute to delivery and evaluation of savings, with a natural teaching load of up to 20 hours a week
  • Preparing the stereotypes and other forms of formative and summary assessment, setting signs and submitting notes to students
  • Develop and update the course of the relevant stereotypes, including the stereotypes in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
  • Providing academic guidance and support to students
  • Work with the student support team at the center to deliver induction, guidance and registration programs.
  • Emphasize the chances of students ’results through unit, development, teaching and learning
  • Evolution in scientific activity to ensure the connection of current stereotypes
  • Developing and strengthening students’ activities to enhance student participation and enhance student experience.
  • Implementing quality guarantee procedures at the level of the stereotype and contributing to the annual monitoring of the program and reviewing the program
  • Use the entire central systems to register and monitor the attendance of students
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records to attend students and perform them
  • Complete the shepherd reports and academic reports for students.
  • Take opportunities to (for example) a hero in e -learning; Vle Development and Enting peer monitoring activities.
  • Any other duties as required from time to time by the line manager or head of the curriculum.
  • Health and safety promotion and the welfare of students and colleagues. Hold the personal accountability to avoid procedures that may threaten your health or safety, other employees, students or members of the public.

  • Tefl, Celta
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of relevant topic. The candidates with additional qualifications in the field of the topic will be welcome, and the master’s qualification is usually necessary to teach in any pre -school programs. The candidates who hold Delta will be welcomed in particular
  • The teaching experience in the United Kingdom is higher or more education
  • The ability to develop and modernize teaching materials, preferably work experience in the virtual learning environment
  • Efficiency in teaching and administrative technology skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
  • A student focuses on the student and focuses on the customer
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Strong skills in saving records
