The juvenile team is an integral part of the student employment and marketing service, as it provides a dynamic and attractive program that corresponds to the university’s strategy and highlights its values ​​and achievements. Our events range from companies and employment activities to graduation, welcome, registration sessions, job exhibitions, graduate events, certificates shows and events that focus on research.
This role will focus mainly on the employment of employment events, which are not limited to example, but not limited to the days of the first university stage and postgraduate studies; Show pregnant days, selection events, taste days, higher education exhibitions, university campus visits, etc. to support the university to meet the recruitment of students and expand arrival goals. In addition to your wallet, you will cooperate with the broader juvenile team, help in planning events and delivery across other areas when necessary.
To excel in this role, it will bring a wide range of events management experience, along with irrelevant attention in detail when it comes to planning and implementation. You solve creative problems, able to develop innovative ideas and turn them into successful events.
You will work with the director of employment and the broader team to ensure that our events meet the needs of our fans and support the goals of the university’s employment. You will have experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of each event smoothly. Operations and documents for planning logistics will use employment events and our presence in its various exhibitions.
By understanding digital platforms and communications, you will use many channels and systems to manage your work burden and keep stakeholders on the right track.
As part of this role, you will also support the employment and training of student ambassadors and supervision of ambassadors and events employees in events.
This post is based on our vitality French campus.
