We are seeking an exceptional transaction lawyer with the experience of digital health technology to join our growing American commercial legal team. The team consists of experienced legal professionals who are working closely with the Medrtonic Global Commercial Office and MedTRONIC, including sales prices, contract analysts, customer account managers, senior trading leaders, and other job experts to support commercial transactions for all products and services of medical technology in MedTRonic provided and selling in the United States.
This new role will lead to critical and new contracting strategies through the governorates of cardiovascular, nerves and neurological sciences to support the marketing of advanced digital health solutions, complex surgical robotic platforms, smart medical devices, service systems for distance and other health care technology that supports data and various solutions in Medtonic from customers and strategic follow -up.
This is a highly influential role that requires a proactive, decisive, creative and compatible mentality in the commercial success of Medrtonic in the scene of dynamic digital health technology.

This position provides reports to the legal director, the American Commercial Legal Organization.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be set.
- Support negotiating, formulating complex commercial arrangements, strategic partnerships in technology, digital health and health care space.
- Determining, evaluating and connecting the main contract risks, obligations and practical mitigation strategies for internal stakeholders.
- In partnership with other topic experts, support discussions and negotiations related to customer implementation strategies, product functions, data use, access and safety issues.
- Cooperation closely with the various legal centers of legal centers (COES) and other legal professionals and compliance, as needed, to provide the highest practical advice and strategy for sales and finance and other stakeholders to effectively close deals.
- Providing advice on federal health care laws, anti -monopoly law, wrong claims law, HIPAA, state and security data privacy, software licensing, Food and Drug Administration Law, and other legal risk areas that govern health care technology that supports Amnesty International’s commercial data and transactions.
- Developing, reviewing or implementing specific training programs at the company and/or functional for the areas shown above.
- Monitor advanced regulatory standards that affect commercial transactions for health care technology that supports Amnesty International’s commercial data and transactions.
- Participate with other stakeholders to build effective operations, including the creation and maintenance of playing books, templates, self -assistance function, and document management systems.
