This full -time post is immediately available on a permanent basis. This role provides the opportunity for hybrid work – some time on campus and others from home. We welcome requests from candidates interested in working part -time hours or job sharing arrangements.

Role summary

It also leads data visions, you will work closely With the assistant director – data strategy and delivery and the High Command team to take the University of Exeter on its informed trip.

By working in partnership with the data team and stakeholders across the university, you will lead the design and implementation of strong reporting solutions, as it works as a data owner and insight for the product with the support of the product separation, which enables the University of Exeter to become a truly paid institution.

You will be responsible for supporting stakeholders to determine their data needs and related definitions, ensuring a clear vision of work questions and setting their priorities to develop reports. Leading a team of data analysts, developers and ideas specialists, will ensure the creation of reporting operations and actively and coherent to enable an insight into those who need it.

There will be a close working relationship with the leadership of data modeling, the leadership of illiteracy and data, data management, information technology teams, and information technology teams to ensure a common approach in reporting data and to ensure that the appropriate technological solutions are in place to ensure the creation, dissemination, participation and participation of reporting. Cooperation will focus on, but not only to create a comprehensive data reports solution to a simplified and effective party, and it is easy to discover, understand and access data.

About you:

You will have an excellent understanding of how to take data and turn it into a valuable vision. Your communication skills and your ability to work on both strategic and operational levels will design operations that will allow us to provide an excellent service to our users, such as request management, providing experience for teams and project, data quality and change management.
