🔥 Some measles, glut and fire!
shared
I love the race because it gives us a chance to run with more fire and training more seriously. I mean, the race provides great training. But the race also provides an additional motivation for more training, between races. It is not a secret, I see opportunities to actually work on this hobby at every tragedy of the path, to the first degree, so that you describe it as my second function!
So, one week after Skyline 50k and one week before Tamalpa Headlands 50k Trail Nationals, I was at Black Mountain level for training … 50 thousand; He told you!
My fifth trip to Black Mountain was this year, or since I returned from the articulated cartilage of this issue. I used to run there once or twice a month in the good OL days, but, at the present time, it is definitely not as easy as it was. It is the highest point I can easily run from home, so the main goal of the hill is still. This is best, I enjoyed flying on the Monttello road on the way back, but with the damaged knee, it is now a lot of bombing. I adapted my way to run along Stevens Kreik, a trend in which most slopes happen on the path of Stevens Creek Canyon, which limits the asphalt section to a few miles on the Stevens Creek Canun road.
I am now returning to the Steves Creek tank at the end of the Canyon Road Road, I went up to Trail Trail Gnarny and then add a loop below seven springs in the old Fremont, before returning home along the track. Good for 35 miles. Or 31 this time as I called Agnès to get Pick Aug on the path, and I felt that I had done enough between Skyline and Tamalpa Headlands 50k, not to mention my knees while whispering enough. Some good stones are still in particular, in particular, some good glates.
However, returning to the title, not with much fire during the race but I still love to pay myself, just for it and test my horse and work on my gluten. But, wait, what was the fire?
We hope that my new friend will not burn from the olive tree to its essence and will survive this endeavor. But for this year’s olive harvest, this looks at risk … only when I was asking for peace …
After 20 years of running these tracks, this was the first time that I saw the traces of fire in the Montenegro area. I was also a paradox in Waterwheel Creek Trail, a path used by very few people, I was surprised to see a large burning space, below the corridor. The fire stopped directly in/along the corridor, so it is definitely managed, but it is still impressive and impressive to see it; Especially when imagining the risk of placing dry grass and seeds in the middle of the summer, and the skills that should take it to contain such a danger to the spread of the fire!
There you are in a new episode of my country Black Mountain Chronicle series!
You are not sure whether a golden mine or a watewheel creek that flows when limiting Palo Alto and Cupertino, it still flows strong and provides a refreshing stop, which is less than the ability to re -fill the bottles.
Oh, I can’t resist sharing a newly renovated pigeon on Sycamore Group: What a beautiful work, and publishing here to see how it develops over the years. Now, still in “Japanese metro hygiene“The state, hoping that this will apply to AA time!
