Division of Biochemical and Biochemical Engineering (DTU Chemical EngineeringCalling applications to fill a position in the researcher of the attitude of possession in anaerobic technology and biological processing engineering.
We are looking for a very enthusiastic world and have a strong background in anaerobic digestion, fermentation, synthesis, dark fermentation, control of operations, and biological gas upgrade. This position will enhance our division efforts in developing sustainable vital processes to restore energy, resources, biomed products, and carbon congratulations.
It will become part of an international, cooperative and multidisciplinary environment, working with academic and industrial partners in Denmark and abroad.
Responsibilities and qualifications
Your basic tasks will be:
- Conducting and supervising research in anaerobic digestion, fermentation techniques, and intensifying the process.
- Develop innovative biomedically vital processes, pick up and use carbon, and vital waste/mass.
- Contribute to progress in the process of controlling the process, modeling and monitoring microbial operations.
- Providing scientific excellence through highly influential publications, communication and communication.
- Teaching and developing training courses at bachelor’s and master’s levels in biological processing engineering.
- Supervising student projects (BSC, MSC, PhD).
- Attracting competitive external financing at the national and international level.
- Building and strengthening cooperation with academic circles, industry and the International Federation.
You must include your qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in chemical/biochemical engineering, biotechnology, or relevant majors.
- Strong search file in anaerobic biotechnology, fermentation, Syngas/CO2 use, or related fields.
- Experience with process modeling, monitoring, and control.
- A documented experience with analytical methods and wet Lab experimenting.
- Teaching and supervising the university level.
- A busy record of scientific posts in high -quality magazines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in the difference.
- Fluency in the English language.
You must contribute to teaching courses. DTU employs two languages: Danish and English. It is expected to be fluent in at least one of these languages, and you are expected to master both.
As an official qualification, you must get a doctorate (or equivalent).
You will be evaluated against The responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above and the following general standards:

Salary and recruitment conditions
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Union of Professional Associations.
