We are a social media program as a service (Saas). Socialhub has created itself as a remote company and won the title of OMR market leader in 2025. Our team consists of 75 people from creative personnel from 17 different countries. While each of us works in our pace, we all share the same philosophy: “We believe that the work should be fun.”

Your tasks
- It will work in one of our multifunctional teams as part of a product trilogy along with a main product designer, engineering leadership, and multiple developers. In addition, you will regularly and regularly coordinate with all stakeholders concerned throughout the company.
- You will be responsible for the road map and strategic development of your product, and it is compatible with the vision of our products and strategy.
- Along with your team’s main product designer, you will plan and perform user research activities (for example, user interviews, use of use, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative measures).
- Opportunities will be derived from search results to determine possible product improvements while developing a deep understanding of our users.
- You will facilitate workshops with your team, stakeholders, and users to determine problems, thinking, and achieve other goals.
- You will determine the hypotheses and scales of success, and verify the validity of your assumptions constantly and the desired results.
- You will maintain a necessary balance between the user’s required results, our business goals and OKRS in your business.
- Along with other product managers, it will work as a façade between the development of products and the various sections of the company, and to connect your team’s work and decisions in a transparent and understandable way.
Your requirements for the job
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner in the Saas and B2B environment
- Frequent English language skills
- Experience with graceful methodologies
- An independent and directed work method towards solutions
- The motivation to start and support positive changes
- Technical knowledge and experience working with distributed software development teams
- A fixed responsibility from a comprehensive to a party for a product or a product area
- Experience in planning, conducting user research and analyzing specific and quantitative data
- Experience in preparing workshops
Nice to be
- I familiarity with the use of social media for work purposes
- Experience in managing a product aimed at market customers in the middle of the market
- German language skills
