Profile and basic expectations

Paybis is looking for experience Product Director (B2C) For ownership of the consumer production line, push its growth, maturity, and expansion. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing product discovery, promoting decision -making processes, and ensuring Paybis provides the best consumer experiences in their class in Crypto and Fintech.

The role requires a Professional that focuses on products and analyzes and organizers Through a strong experience in Fintech (it is preferable to be payments, cards, trading or financial products facing the consumer), and perfect with exposure to encryption.

The B2C product manager will work closely with marketing, research, compliance and design teams to implement systematic discovery courses, give priority effectively, and ensure the continuous improvement of the B2C product group from Paybis.

The main responsibilities and goals

The first three months:

  • It acquired the ownership of the entire B2C product portfolio from CPO.
  • Create organized processes to collect requirements, identify products, and document.
  • Start conducting a suitable competitor analysis, market research, and checking the health of the product before development.

The first 6 months:

  • Prepare and run the product discovery practices (hypothesis test, A/B tests, deep diving research, and UX interviews).
  • Cooperation with UX researcher and design team to organize use test courses and feedback sessions.
  • Improving priority practices through B2C products flows.

By 12 months:

  • Suggest and implement the process improvements within the product organization.
  • It actively contributes to the development of the road map of strategic products.
  • It provides measurable growth in the main B2C product (activation, retaining, conversion, LTV, arpu).
  • Work as an intellectual partner for CPO by bringing new views and developmental processes.

Difficult skills / experience

  • Industry wallpaper:
  • It should be: Findte (consumer payments, cards, trading, drain platforms).
  • Plus Strong: encryption products (trading, conservative, programs earning).
  • Cute to speech: Neobanks, Banks Challenger (Revolution, N26, Monzo, Wise, etc.).
  • Product Management Tools Group:
  • Data -based products (Capacity, MixPanel, Representation or the like).
  • A/B design and implementation test.
  • A strong work experience with UX Research and Test of Use.
  • Economic unit, financial modeling, product liquefaction frameworks.
  • Improvement of repression: activation, retaining, conversion measures.
  • Going to the market with marketing.
  • Other technical skills:
  • The English language is fluent (it must, due to the external contacts of the stakeholders).
