The Dashboard team guarantees the STRIPE BORKS business smoothly for every trader – not sad about how to organize their business or the products they use. Our goal is to make the tape feel only built for them.

What will you do?

In this role, it will help build and enhance the tape dashboard through design, reduction, and preliminary models for high -quality basic information experiences and product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the ecosystem of the tape, users and user interface to inform the direction of the product
• Delivery of high -quality designs that focus on the user that develops basic surfaces and raise the total user experience
• Cooperation with designers, products managers, engineers, users, and content designers to form strategy and implementation
• Sharing work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of comments and repetition

Payment and benefits

The American basic salary for this role is $ 159,300 – 238,900 dollars. For sales roles, the scope offered is the role on the target profits (“ote”, which means that the range includes both sales commissions/target sales bonuses and the annual basic salary of this role. This salary range may include several functional levels in Stripe and will be narrow during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location. Applicants interested in this role may not be requested in the United States the annual salary scope of their location during the interview.
