Video/audio attachment after production are looking for a scheduling coordinator/assistant to managing video and sound finishing. You will be responsible for managing and delivering files and media assets in multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Video and final sound management on DOC
Video, audio and delivery scheduling for specific accounts
Project tracking and media management using data schedules and scheduling software
Maintaining project supervision (by email after hours and weekends if necessary)
Establishing and maintaining project documents and work progress
Provide the highest level of service to our customers while working well with his teammates
The shift is a late transformation/swing

Qualifications:

Experience of no less than a year as another coordinator or the supervisor at a distance or a handover
Understand the workflow on the tape and Plus
Strong organizational skills, budget and project management
The ability to schedule multiple projects and work under the final dates
Infinter with Avid and Premiere and project solution plus
Schedule experience with Schedualll or Xytech is a major plus
Experience with Excel, Word and Google documents
Understanding different file formats and coding programs including Pro RES, H.264, MP4, .wav, etc.
Strong skills for the customer/client and team member
Flexible
Prepare to learn and cultivate technical efficiency in a step with industry changes
