About this team and the role:

Mozilla Marketing is looking for Firefox creative manager to join our team. This is an exciting moment to play an important role in the future of one of the most reliable browsers on the Internet.

We are looking for a creative director to lead Firefox global marketing efforts. This role calls for a balance between conceptual vision and literal excellence, and directing a small team at home along with a strong network of agency partners.

What will you do:

• Leadership of the Creative Creative Tools Communities, and work with the global teams of adaptation and activation across the markets.
• Cooperation with the leading agency partners to provide bold and effective creativity.
• Partner with internal marketing strategies and going to the market to increase the creative impact on the market.
• Pay the brand marketing campaigns that link Firefox to the masses in the main markets.
• Providing guidance and management to support an ambitious internal team.
• Report directly to the Marketing, brand and creative director.

What you will bring:

• More than 10 years experience in leading creative work, either in an agency or in an internal position
• The ability to work with multi -functional teams has been proven and overseeing creative development and implementation
• Organization skills and distinguished projects management
• Communication and strong offer skills
• Efficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe.
• The ability to think about both the creative strategy with large images and delivery against individual summaries
• Data analysis experience and consumer visions to inform creative marketing
• Comfort with work in a fast -paced environment and through different regions and time cultures
