About the role

College of Biological and Maritime Sciences at the University of Pleimouth (https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/schools/school-of-biological-and- Marine-SciencesIt seeks to appoint a new naval remote sensing lecturer. We encourage applications that show experience in developing remote sensing methods and applying them to the marine environment. The date and construction will be completed on our current strengths and education. Our marine science team has internationally recognized expertise in coastal operations, physical operations in marine systems, the role of dynamic operations in the marine ecosystem, evaluation of human antiquities in that environment, and increasing experience in marine independent systems (https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/schools/school-of-biological-and-marine-sciences/marine-science).

This role is closely consistent with our undergraduate programs in ocean sciences, ocean exploration, surveying, ocean sciences, marine memorization, postgraduate programs, MSC Applied Marine Science and MSC Hydrography. A successful applicant will also have the opportunity to contribute to teaching throughout the school in maritime biology and the preservation of navy and biological sciences that provide teaching in the application of data that have been bound by remote and GIS.

You will have a doctoral degree in a related field, with the support of the post -PhD level or its equivalent, and an excellent research record that appears through high -level outputs of quality is likely to contribute to providing the framework in the future in the United Kingdom (ReF). Clear evidence of successful grant requests as PI is desirable. All the activities you play in this role in compliance with the university safety policy and implementation of the university must be in a way that explains the university’s commitment to equality and diversity for employees, students and partners.

A successful candidate may be asked to obtain an ATAS certificate before conducting this research.

For this role, you will need to be in the site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate work from home for this role, it is expected that flexibility is on the site due to work needs.
