The Royal Academy of Music is one of the world’s leading. Our work and sharing provides opportunities for a group of young musicians from various backgrounds to progress and training. The head of the wide participation is responsible for the direction of the Academy’s access programs, planning, implementing and evaluating the academy. The main responsibility is the formulation and presentation of the arrival and participation plan in the academy. The postal holder will have an excellent knowledge and experience of music education before 18 and move to higher education. They will be committed to expanding access and participation in the context of specialized training in music performance and relieving social and economic barriers that hinder this arrival.
We are looking for a president to share the expansion to join our team. Access and sharing work provides opportunities for a group of young musicians from various backgrounds to performance and training. You will contact the office for students and will be updated in current research in this field in the higher education sector. One of the main member of the Access and Participation Committee, the head of the intermediary will lead to submit the arrival and participation plan. In addition to their own team, the postal holder will work closely with the Dean of the Student, the Director of the Beginner Academy, the President of the Open Academy, and the charitable team.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent knowledge and experience for music education before 18 and move to higher education. You will have experience in providing intermediate participation initiatives in a specialized environment, as well as the ability to influence colleagues and inspire them at all levels. You will have excellent communication skills, tactful and diplomatic and enjoy working cooperatively with colleagues to develop distinguished musicians and performance artists in the future.
