When submitting reports to the director of information technology infrastructure experience, this role can be set as far or hybrid, provided that the candidate is in a state/specialization where we practice it.

Summary of the situation

This role is placed to help enhance the user experience of IT services by providing an understanding of the user’s requirements, technologies and processes used to meet them in the field of managing the end point; It focuses in the fields of management of the end/devices and infrastructure of the virtual office, as well as how to integrate it with other information technology services within the institution

Basic responsibilities

• Topic experience in MDM, Mem and VDI systems.
• Topic experience in SCCM/MECM (create task sequences, create an application and create package, formation of the foundation line, dedicated reporting, OSD, correction).
• Topic experience in InTune (correction, training policies, conditional access).
• Topic experience in an environment is managed with the MGMT cloud and Autopilot composition.
• Topic experience GPO/GPP, Windows 10/11, iOS/Android, Foglogix, Entra, AVD, and WSUS.
• Focus on the big picture and managed to dive into the details.
• Create solutions to work challenges.
• Driving from conceptual to operational and working with engineers for implementation.
• Evaluating the risks and technical debts, providing options and solutions to improve constantly.
• Create and maintain technical and practical documents.
• Searching constantly new technologies, cooperation with engineers and leadership in strategic planning efforts.
• Seek to identify, evaluate and facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and initiatives to improve operations.
• Ticket escalating and associated SLAS.
• It gives priority to good supervision of the company’s resources through a comprehensive analysis and improvement.
• Employees who have been approved for flexible work arrangements are expected to be available and maintain a practice for a reliable and consistent presence at all times during the conversion of scheduled employees in the work, including, but not limited to, immediate messages/zooming, e -mail, audio and phone.
• Other duties are appointed.

The salary range for this position is $ 140,000 – $ 160,000.
