Job title: The Executive Director of the Organization, Evaluation and Governance Laborat Dan is) In planning, managing and implementing the goals of the laboratory. As an expert advisor and official, the CEO will work closely with the college director to lead the laboratory’s strategic planning, support laboratory and initiatives, and help in managing his financial development. The Executive Director will also assist in the Department of Foreign University Relations, the general attendance of the laboratory, the financial development, the financial management of the laboratory, the employee management to achieve the research and education task, and the goals and goals of Reglab.
As an executive director, will:
- Directing employees and providing employee leadership. Responsible for employing and maintaining employees, job training, etc. Work cooperatively with human resources when necessary.
- It represents the laboratory to the broader university, the external community and the owners of other interest.
- Work closely with the faculty director in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programmatic initiatives. - Help build a successful and vibrant group of research cooperation by communicating with partner organizations, providing project management and supporting supervision for major initiatives.
- Leading the strategic development plan to identify and develop new financing opportunities. Write the granting of proposal and research, as well as reports on research, programming and communication. Management and coordination of grants and contracts for management. Ensuring compliance with institutional and external requirements.
- Supervision and/or the Department of Financial Affairs in all sources of the annual budget cycle, including the development, monitoring and analysis of prediction and reporting.
- Work cooperatively with other law centers and programs to enhance the educational and research task at the Faculty of Law and Stanford University.
- Interpretation, implementation and guarantee of compliance with university academic and administrative policies and procedures within the employment unit.
The minimum requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience in administrative and/or financial management, or a mixture of relevant education and experience.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong commitment to guidance and progress in the work of the richgal.
- The experience of managing budgets, developing financial plans, as well as managing programs and collecting donations.
Knowledge, skills and capabilities:
- Skills in leadership and supervision, including the conflict resolution, showed. You should be able to organize events, determine the priorities of tasks, help oversee and direct employees, and meet the final dates.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a cooperative academic environment.
