In Aicommerce, we help people start and expand the E-Com brands, where artificial intelligence has been used. We offer both DFY services and training packages based on our founder’s work frameworks developed by Peter Szabo for 16 years with 300 customers and $ 100 million in profitable customer sales.

About the role
As COO, the glue that keeps the work will work as a smooth machine. It will supervise our delivery team, guarantee customer satisfaction, manage human resources jobs, track the company’s performance measures, improve efficiency and expansion operations.

Main responsibilities
Operations and team management
Work as an integration to ensure smooth operations in all departments.
Human Resources Supervision: Employment, on the plane, employee management, training and termination (including proper outside).
Running team meetings:
– Individual account managers to catch up with knees – 2X per week
Vas: 1x weekly
C-SUITE: 1x per week
– Managing and training the faculty to obtain the peak performance, proactively address issues.
– Dealing with customer complaints, recovers, and conflicts – including calls, email messages and written graphics (disputes, fees rose)

Supervising e -commerce and Dropshipping
– Take advantage of the intensive e -commerce experience and the experience of Dropshipping to direct account managers and provide results.
– Supervising the store designs, align the advertising strategy, product testing systems, and loyalty operations.
Make sure to hit the main performance indicators company
Explore customer bottlenecks and ensure a smooth, data -based path to profitability.

Performance and operations management
Supervising KPI tracking and its reports and continuous improvement.
– Maintaining accountability by tracking time (time doctor) and managing the Asana project.
Refine uniform operating procedures, improve workflow, and remove shortcomings.
Dealing with the client’s escalation, complaints, and recovery requests with professionalism.

What we are looking for
– COO or an equivalent role in the Marketing Agency from 7 to 8 or an e -commerce company (required).
Experience the depth process on Dropshiping and a strong understanding of intensive e -commerce operations.
– The ability to expand the scope of difference and systems has proven with quality.
A strong understanding of paid ads, broadcasts, CRO, and loyalty systems.
– Maher in team management with tools such as Slack, Asana, Time Doctor, etc.
High-level Etisalat and leadership- able to manage each of the great details and images.

Compensation and details
– 120 dollars to 240 thousand dollars/year as a rule (depends at the Exp level)
– Within 6-12mo, switch to 5 % of the net profit (for an accurate base so that you never go to less than six numbers) (with 5 % of the window, you will be able to form up to 500 thousand dollars per year; this is where we break it- some members of the C group really bring $ 250 thousand/year of profit share)
– Additional work available at the same time rate.
Paid every two weeks or monthly in US dollars.
It should be available until 4 pm EST.
It begins with a trial from 30 to 60 days
– You may require the start of a task/paid test project
