About the role

We are looking for a very experienced and enthusiastic clinical nurse who will provide clinical leadership and supervise the nursing team for external patients. This is a major leadership role in the head lines in the HealTha Nz Tairawhiti, who is responsible for operating management and leading the outpatient department, allowing the provision of safe and high -quality care.

As the director of the clinical nurses for external patients, your focus is to ensure the experience of our employees to a service that enhances positive health results and enables them to live well, inside Whanau and their community. Coordination of services to meet the continuous needs of Tairawhiti and the use of innovative and future care models in partnership with the multidisciplinary team, internal, external stakeholders and service providers.

Optimal and supportive outpatient service provides clinical care at the Jesborn Hospital, and is working closely with specialized services and management teams, towards achieving fair health results. Cooperation with other services and departments comes naturally to meet the demands of our society, develop our employees, and provide effective and effective services.

About you

As a clinical nurse manager, you will have very sophisticated clinical and leadership skills while continuing to find opportunities to develop yourself, your service and those around you.

The successful applicant will be:

Qualifications

Registered nurse with the current NZ APC

Diploma of graduate studies (or equivalent)

Working towards the appropriate NZQA masters

PDRP – Expert or large nurse level

expertise

Recent health experience for at least 5 years with leadership responsibilities, for example, shift driving, coordination or CNM experience

Experience in developing service or improving quality

Experience in the workforce and professional development

Work in a complex healthy environment
