🌟 Acceptance Determination (PGT) at Bath University

As a member of the CIA admission team (PGT), you will be responsible for admission management in a group of graduate courses that are taught through multiple colleges.
About the role
By working in cooperation with academic departments, you will evaluate requests, take admission decisions and contribute directly to the strategic goal of the university of developing and diversifying our population graduate studies while preserving our high academic standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating applications in line with university entry requirements and training course
- Responding to inquiries and providing guidance for potential graduate students and their representatives
- Building positive business relationships with applicants, colleagues and academic workers
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides an effective, comprehensive and friendly acceptance process.
About you
We are looking for a person:
- An effective connection, with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- The competent, conscience and motives with a systematic approach to work
- Capable of working in a team, independently, as it is proactive and able to use the initiative
Experience in higher education management, preferably with acceptance experience, is desirable, but we also welcome applications from those who have other administrative backgrounds

This role is presented on a part -time basis, it works 21.9 hours per week.
You are able to work on a hybrid basis, but you are expected to be personal on campus one day, either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
