C-application is a partner in many exciting initiatives including the Pixeurope program for the main trial of the European Union. This role will focus on building strong relationships with external partners, presenting cooperative opportunities, and leading initiatives forward such as our membership plan.

The goal of the C-application team is to provide silicone optical service to researchers from all over the world, centered on the capabilities of the unique clean room in Southampton, UK (www.cornerstone.sotonfab.co.uk). The role is the key to communicating with our society and building our network and you will have experience in providing marketing and communications plans, managing digital platforms (web and social), and working with external agencies and advisers.

You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best researchers in the field of silicon optical and you will get valuable and transformable skills, with a deeper understanding of the silicone ecosystems and technology necessary to build silicon optical systems, all during the development of your personal network. There is no prior knowledge of silicone photons, simply ready to learn. As a major member of the C-PIC connection team, you will benefit from the financial training allowance to support personal and vocational development including in areas such as EDI, innovation and digitization.
