🧠 Project vision:

We want to create a future three -dimensional and interactive world that users can explore – as buildings represent our services (residential, commercial, property management, business sales, etc.) and each section rich in animation, storytelling and intuitive interaction. Think about it as a virtual city or a digital world – strong, overwhelming, unforgettable visually.

🎯 We are looking for:

1. First degree design/web development studio
2. Master tools such as Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, Spline, or the like
3. The experience of building overwhelming web sites
4. UX user interface experience to guide users through a complex digital environment
5. The ability to provide global, interactive and performance aesthetics
6. Communication skills and excellent projects management

🛠 Favorite stack (not required but plus):

1. Webflow for CMS/background
2. React/Next.js for the Temple and Performance
3. Three.js/babylon.js to submit a three -dimensional
4. Blender/Figma/Adobe tools to cooperate in design

📍 Project scope:

1. The stage of discovery and concept
2. Full 3D Design and Development
3. Mobile phone response and improving performance
4. CMS integration (optional)
5. Targeted time schedule: 6-10 weeks
