About the role and the team:

The Walt Disney Checks team supervises and manages legal production needs and text clearance in Disney Entertainment, which includes twenty television, technology, and TV/television animation that bears the Disney brand.

The clearance specialist analyzes textual programs and produces advisors on a variety of legal issues regarding textual programs and the use of copyright and brands. It provides our products with standard templates for sites, parking lots, equipment rental and equipment leasing. There will also be an opportunity to use an independent judgment and may invite a lawyer to obtain additional inputs about complex issues in particular.

What will you do:
• Responsible for negotiating and obtaining a variety of production agreements, including but not limited to, for rights permits (the license of the clip, issuing materials, etc.) for all programming content, as well as site and equipment agreements.
• It ensures that all production agreements that decrease under their jurisdiction are compatible with legal and financial requirements, risk and safety management and administrative requirements.

Qualifications and skills required
