Role

With our scope expanding, we are looking for an exceptional ** product engineer ** passionate about the experience of large language models (LLMS), converting ideas into work models, and pushing the limits of how to convert AI into heavy industries of knowledge.

Main responsibilities

• Design and creation of the features that AI: Gradually work through the stack (Python, Vue 3 or React Frontmen) to develop the product features and the initial models that LLMS operate.
• Experience quickly with LLMS: Explore new application programming facades, new workflow test, and the features of the initial model that makes legal work faster and smarter. You should be comfortable with fast engineering experiences and building “0 → 1” experiments.
• Share with users and product direction: talk directly with customers, collect comments, and translate visions into product features. It will combine technical skills with product thinking to ensure that we are building solutions that solve real user problems.
• Cooperation with Product & Tech Leadership: As an increasing partner of CTO and our CEO, and bringing coding experience and artificial intelligence experience to help forming our products map.
• Stay on the directions of AI: keep pace with the emerging developments in LLMS, Dev, and AI AI – share ideas that teach where you should try the following GAIA.

What we are looking for

Experience and background

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, and to perfectly complete full gains
• Efficiency in Bethon (basic background language).
• Projects brought to life: 2-3 projects I have already built with LLMS- whether they are internal tools, open source or side projects.
• Hell-on LLM experience: Incorporation of application programming facades, demand design, and different model settings experience.
• Experience in heavy knowledge industries, any experience in the legal field is a very strong addition (legal technology, previous legal studies, etc.)
• Exposure to the work of the product: the ability to communicate with users, understand the needs, and help translate comments into product decisions.
• Comfortable work on McCos
• The startup experience or an atmosphere of fast -rhythmic environment is plus

Basic competencies

• Strong skills to solve problems and charging quickly
• A strange and experimental mentality-enjoy “coding” with new tools and solve open problems.
• Cooperative mentality with excellent communication skills
• My proactive and able to take ownership without continuous supervision
• 2-3 years of experience in software engineering, perfectly with complete exposure.
