🔥 Trainee Coordinator, PhD in Clinical Psychology at Herfordshire University

FTE: 1 FTE (37 hours per week)

Duration of the contract: A specific period for 3 years

annual leave: 35 Days in addition to standard public holidays and 4 additional days, including closing our office between Christmas and New Year

location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield with some opportunities for hybrid work

This is a new role that will support the expanded provision of training, enabling consistency and response in supporting the trained clinical psychologists.

The program is located in the Department of Psychology, Sports and Geography on the campus of the Lynn College at the University of Hertfordshire. The department is one of the most important new universities in teaching and research. The successful applicant will work as part of a friendly, ambitious and adventurous team that provides excellent training and continues to develop the program in innovative and innovative ways.

Main duties and responsibilities

To take over a central role in monitoring and coordinating the trained clinical psychology activity and practice in line with the standards of the professional, legal and organizational body (PSRB). In order to be a proactive in working with the administrative team of the program, the program leadership team and the host employer for the trained clinical psychologists to highlight the issues or concerns related to practice as usual and arrange the age of operations and the required procedures. To ensure the exact and timely completion of records and communication between the stakeholders concerned through institutions.

The required skills and experience

You will have experience in building strong relationships with a group of stakeholders, working with mercy and transparency with others in emotional situations. You will also have experience in working within policies and frameworks related to professional practice. It will show strong organizational skills, save records, information technology skills, and adapt a systematic approach with good attention to detail. You will be comfortable working with sensitive materials and high levels of secrecy. You will be effective in preparing the team and showing tact and diplomacy in your work with others.

Required qualifications

You will be taught to a minimum level of degree or equivalent standard in a field related to human relations or individuals management. You may also train management or driving.
