Job title: SOJOURNERS Magazine is looking for a contracting designer or design agency to provide an artistic direction to publish the printed on a temporary basis from February 1 – at least May 1, 2025 (possible extension) while our creative manager takes a vacation. There will be an estimated 40 hours of the paid trend with the creative director before this start date, as is the case in a joint agreement with the chosen contractor.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and planning approximately 3 complete issues from the SOJOURNERS magazine (52 pages per; 156 pages total) according to the introduction network. Two sample problems (here and here). Each problem contains three features, advertising places, and about 26 other pages. (Please note: The May and June cases will be completed by the contractor. The creative case will begin in April before leaving and then handing it over to the contractor; the contractor will start in July, before the return of the creative director.)

• Design Three Magazine Magazine covers from the concept to implementation in cooperation with the editorial team and the artist/seller commissioned.

• The committee artists, painters,/or photographers, or/or finding high -quality stock art to produce original artworks for 12 distinguished stories of the magazine (3 per version) and about 14 other articles per case.

• The monthly technical budget management of magazines to ensure that the expenses are maintained for each version accurately within the specified limits. In addition, supervising the artists’ payments to ensure the artists ’push immediately.

• Participated in the meetings of the magazine team and planning sessions with the editorial staff to maintain the workflow and production.

• Coordinate the production process for each magazine issue, including two checks of audit and three rounds of corrections, while verifying the implementation of all amendments.

• Supervising the planning and setting advertising, and working with the marketing team on home ads and paid ads.

• Convert the final magazine articles files to .Tf (Rich Text Format)

• Archive Magazine IS ISSUE files to the server based on the groom and maintain the regulation of files for future use

Job requirements: The graphic designer or the perfect design agency must have the following qualifications:

• A powerful portfolio displaying a magazine or a publication design experience

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• The experience of assigning painters/photographers and budget management

• The ability to translate complex themes into creative designs has proven

• I familiarity preparation files for publication and digital publishing

• Strong organizational skills

• The ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent cooperation skills

• Attention to details
