Role
We are looking for an engineering engineer engineer in senior and experienced people to join our global IT team. You will focus on improving performance, expansion, efficiency and security. You will analyze complex work requirements and translate them into strong information technology solutions. The main responsibility
- Management and expansion of information technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks and cloud -based networks, to ensure the availability and security of high systems and services. Monitor the performance and ability of the system, and to determine and proactive problems.
- Solve pre -supporting and responding to timely and efficient IT incidents. Diagnosing and exploring errors and repairing technical problems, and providing solutions to quickly restore services. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support.
- Cooperation with sellers and consultants to provide design, implementation and communications plans for IT projects. Make sure the projects are successfully delivered by managing the project’s time schedules, resources and budgets.
- Automation of information technology processes using text programming, workflow and integration. Increased system integration to improve efficiency and expansion. Simplify information technology and reduce manual tasks.
- Control and management of the walls, routers, keys, and AV equipment in the local office to ensure the network safety and availability. Managing IP address, DNS settings and network configurations.
- Asset and programs management, including tracking assets, maintenance contracts and guarantee information. Simplify the purchase process by working with sellers to get the best prices and possible conditions.
- Training engineers support information technology on the correct procedures for offering projects through various departments. Make sure the projects are constantly and effectively implementing.

Who are you
- After high school education, or a combined mix of education, training and relevant experience. Candidates must have a deep understanding of information systems, including network structure, database management, systems analysis and design.
- 3+ years of experience in the formation of network devices and services, exploring and repairing errors, including DNS, DHCP, sub-networks, Wi-Fi and VPN. Candidates must have a strong understanding of IP addresses, steering protocols and network security.
- 5+ years of experience in a cloud organization, including familiarity with OKTA, Google Workspace, Entra Id (Azuread), Kandji, InTune, Zscaler, Slack, JSM and 1Password. Candidates must have experience in managing the cloud -based identity, authentication, and access to access.
- Knowing the best practices of cybersecurity and the principles of cybersecurity. Candidates should be aware of the common threats of cybersecurity and weaknesses, as well as best practices to protect industrial systems from electronic attacks.
- Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance for other information technology engineers.
- Excellent skills in priority management and time management to perform various tasks coinciding with the minimum direction. Candidates should be able to manage their time effectively, set the priorities of tasks, and meet the final dates.
- Customers focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical problem -solving capabilities.
