Your role
Enterprise Systems Group is responsible for maintaining the company’s project programs applications, i.e. financing, accounting, banking services, analyzes, CRM, Portal Customer and others. It ensures that internal applications deal with stakeholders/stakeholders and important opportunities that help in basic business functions.
The Director of the Organization Systems Project plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of complex software applications. They will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across companies and influence a major organizational change. Project activities include a mixture of internal development, training, operations, and third -party implementation activities.
The project manager is responsible for identifying and managing the dependency within the team between the various jobs of the team to ensure that the team’s work efforts remain feasible and provide the value of the business. The project manager facilitates operations, supports the implementation of the project, escalates obstacles, runs risks, and helps to advance continuous improvement at the project level. The project manager must allocate resources and improve them in projects, including possible third -party resources, as well as any additional required work. They should have the ability to create the speed of the project creatively and get gradual benefits before the project is complete.
Your responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities:
Take the initiative from the planning and coordination of the project to hand over the team’s larger or more initiatives. This will include work with institutional systems teams on a scale, third parties to the approach to delivery and disinfection, and the company’s teams dependent on work inputs.
Working with the team of institutions and third parties, collecting work estimates and planning assumptions. Socially, the features of the comprehensive goal, for each initiative, based on work estimates and assumptions.
Determining and coordinating the dependencies during the life implementation cycle and tracking the main project gates (including stakeholders, architectural reviews and safety) to the end.
Work closely with third parties and project teams to ensure preparation for the system and effective/coordination through teams to test the user acceptance and integration test, and improve the approach that was taken with the company increases the lightness of movement through the different test stages and the project.
Working with colleagues and owners of the main interest and third parties to remove any obstacles in blocking progress and ensuring the tracking of initiatives and projects to the schedule, and escalating to the team management or program management as necessary.
Determining and managing delivery and risk problems in a proactive manner according to the company’s risk management framework.
Follow the progress against the end -end completion dates for initiatives and projects using Jira and other tools; Working with components teams and managing the upper program to solve any issues that affect plans.
A report on the progress made in appropriate meetings (for the project and the company level) according to the project management framework for the company.
Obtaining a high -level understanding of design, business logic and conceptual architecture for the relevant institution program.
Helping the teams in breaking and scheduling work activities.
Support and practical improvements, including those that improve the project’s ability to predict the project.
Providing guidance and assistance in resolving issues and removing road barriers.
Providing inputs on resources to treat critical bottlenecks.
About you
A degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science or the other relevant field.
Experience that includes 3 years of implementing the project in the field of institutions applications and/or SAAS systems i.e. Fin/Accent, HR, CRM (as a project manager or equivalent role) including planning, monitoring, risk management and issues, and reporting the project status.
Project delivery experience using Agile, SCRUM and Hybrid development methodologies.
Experience with leadership and cooperation initiatives with stakeholders across organizations, including working with distant teams across many geographical areas.
The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non -technical individuals.
Strong organizational skills, planning, department management and document skills.
Experience with Saas or data integration for the institution’s systems.
Desired skills
O or more qualifications of project management/project management qualifications, for example, project management specialist (PMP), PRINCE2 practitioner, scrum master, Sixsigma.
Experience with data deportation projects or activities.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, In Stur PRICE, Netsuite Financial/HR and/or the region’s bills are extra.
compensation:
Global Relay announces the scope of wages for this role in accordance with the laws of transparency wage in British Columbia. Individual wages rates are determined by evaluating factors such as experience, skills, education and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual basic salary, which is only one component of the comprehensive comprehensive bonus package designed to reflect the philosophy of our company’s wages, culture and values. We aim to enhance an inspiring work environment and support the rhythms of work and life. We offer a comprehensive health advantages program, including virtual health care and well -being allowance.
