About this team and the role

Mozilla is looking for an employee safety engineer to help design and engineering security control and risk reduction activities in all sections of product, service and support. To achieve these you will need:

• The experience of evaluating security risks, and providing security topics for technical and non -technical teams.
• The ability to analyze software and system design to determine security gaps using knowledge of weaknesses and attack techniques.
• Technical experience and experience in designing and building tools to expand the scope and automation to address your impact and impact.
• The distinguished personal relationship skills of partnership with teams throughout the institution and its support in reducing their risks.

More importantly, the team responsible for ensuring the safety of the Mozilla Foundation and Mozilla Products and keeping Mazilla users safe, will help in a safer Internet building company.

What will you do?

• Design and architecture to monitor the security of the main institution through the applics saas applications and the security tools
• Perform risk assessments and security reviews for SAAS, applications and services developed on request
• Cooperation with the security leadership in the security strategy and determining the priorities of security projects
• Coordination with the security incident response team to restore accidents and follow -up security treatment
• Security and Governance strategy
• Development and implementation of cybersecurity, policies and frameworks are in line with organizational goals and organizational requirements.
• Performing periodic companies risk assessments and recommending measures to address specified weaknesses.
• Internal counseling
• Work as a subject expert in interior teams, providing guidelines for securing SAAS applications, stiffness of the infrastructure, and data protection.
• Review and agree to control and publish project controls.
• Organizational compliance
• Ensuring compliance with Mozilla security standards, such as NIST, GDP, and other relevant regulations.
• Support audits, certificates and evaluation.
• Technology evaluation
• Evaluate and recommend new security technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity status.
• Cooperation with them and business units to evaluate and integrate safety solutions.
• Training and awareness
• Helping to develop or acquire training courses for employees to enhance awareness of cybersecurity throughout the organization.
• Providing guidance for novice cybersecurity.
• Reports and communication
• Providing detailed reports and information panels about the security situation of the organization to the high leadership.
• Connecting complex technical information to the employers of non -technicians effectively.

What you will bring

• More than 10 years of capacity described in the role of security consulting or architecture
• Practical experience with the following techniques:
• Identity and access management
• Management of the device / mobile app
• Data loss prevention

• Practical experience in securing saas applications such as but not limited to: Google, square, stagnation, working day, jira and meeting)
