The main purpose of the job

The main purpose of this position is to provide preventive maintenance that includes electric skills, plumbing, carpentry and associated skills, in addition to repairing or replacing the various elements of furniture and equipment needed to preserve the buildings for the comfort and safety of both patients and employees in the health department in the large province that consists of four buildings, four facilities for storage on site, and satellite swimming pools. This position also performs general home management duties such as garbage removal, clean bathrooms, full -toilet paper, soap, seats, dust, mops, and emptiness. This position was appointed as essential emergency employees.

The minimum qualifications

education: Eighth grade.

expertiseThree years of experience in any group of maintenance deals, provided that the experience is at least in the first place in electrical deals, plumbing, steam equipment, cooling or air conditioning.

Notes:

1. Candidates can replace additional experience in any of the maintenance deals on an annual basis for up to three years of the required education.

2. The candidates can replace with a degree of a vocational or technical high school with a specialty in maintenance of buildings or a field related to the required experience.

3. Candidates can replace military service experience in the US Armed Forces as an employee who is not authorized in facilities repair categories or specialization and engineering specialization codes in any group of maintenance deals, on an annual basis for the required experience.

Required or favorite qualifications

The required candidate must have the following:

  • The experience of performing minor maintenance and repairs to HVAC units, boilers, electricity and plumbing.
  • Experience with mechanical systems and manual tools.
  • Experience simple cleaning duties such as garbage removal, discharge, disinfection, and cleaning.

Licensing, recordings and certificates

Employees in this classification can be assigned duties that require a car operation. The appointed employees will be asked for such duties to have a valid car operator license in Maryland.

The selection process

Applicants who meet the lower (and selective) qualifications will be included in more evaluation. The evaluation may be a classification of your application based on your education, training and experience in terms of its connection with the requirements of the situation. Therefore, it is necessary to provide complete and accurate information about your application. Please report all the education, expertise, dates and working hours. Indicate clearly to your university degree and specialize in your request, if possible. For education obtained outside the United States, any work offer will be placed on the candidate that provides an assessment of the equation through the foreign accreditation evaluation service before starting work (and it can be requested before the interview).
