The successful candidate will get the experience of formulating patents with accurate electronic devices and/or semiconductors and will have an educational background in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical), chemistry or physics. The comprehensive intellectual property of Snell and Wilmer includes the Public Prosecution, transactions and litigation. The membership of the Bar Association in the state is required in the jurisdiction in which the lawyer will be practiced, as well as accepting the practice of law before the US Patent Office and brands.

California: 216,000 dollars – $ 255,000
Nevada: 181,000 dollars – 205,000 dollars
