The International Livestock Institute (ILRI) works to improve food and nutritional security and reduce poverty in developing countries through research for effective, safe and sustainable use of livestock. It is the only one among the 15 CGIAR Research Centers for Animal Agriculture Research for the developing world. She participated in hosting Kenya and Ethiopia, and has regional or rural offices and projects in East, Southeast Asia, as well as central, eastern, southern and western Africa. www.ilri.org.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes such as hot sauces, meat, vegetables, rice and potato
• Watch the quality of meals prepared by the contracting chefs
• Reporting equipment in the section that needs reforms and maintenance in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of operations
• The executive chef helped ensure the appropriate production level for daily operation
• Help in preparing Mise-en-Place and Buffet
• A sample of all foods and sauces and wearing clothes regularly to ensure the preservation of known standards
• Store food according to the principles of storing food to prevent damage
• Maintaining hygiene according to the valuable health and safety standards
• Performing any other related duties as needed.

Academic and professional qualifications:

education:

• Diploma in preparing food or a certificate in preparing food.

expertise:

• One -year relevant experience with diploma or three years related to certificate.

skills:

• Collective work and coordination
• The ability to implement health and safety procedures
• The ability to use resources is effective

The minimum basic salary: BIRR 20295 per month
