🌟 Head of Risk and Flexibility at King’s College London

King’s College London seeks to obtain a strategic president and experience of risks and flexibility to lead the university’s approach to work continuity, emergency management, and operational risks. Its headquarters is located in the office of the Director General of Operations and Work with colleagues throughout the university, and this pivotal role guarantees the remains of King flexible in providing its basic mission, even in the face of the turmoil.
About the role
As head of risks and flexibility, it will work throughout the university to ensure that the frameworks of risk and flexibility are strong and suitable for the purpose, and comply with best practices. The commercial continuity guidance group will lead, advice to adult leaders, and work as a manager of accidents during critical events. It will be supported by a specialized business continuity manager and closely cooperated with colleges and the directorate to include flexibility in strategic planning.
We are looking for a confident and strategic leader that brings deep experience in risk management and work continuity. The ideal candidate will have a busy record of influencing the major stakeholders and a significant change at the organization level. Exceptional communication and cooperation skills are necessary, along with experience in managing accidents and leading multi -function teams through complex challenges. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development will be essential to prosperity in this dynamic and high influence.
This is a full -time post (35 hours per week), and an unlimited contract will be submitted.
