About the role

We are looking for a participant in active operations and financing to support and develop our internal operations. This role is designed for a person who yearns for learning across multiple areas, from financing and individuals to office coordination and coordination. You will participate directly with our operations chief, while absorbing the systems that operate our company behind the scenes. You will lead the critical workflow through financing, compliance, coordination of the seller and the operations of people and internal tools – while ensuring that everything works smoothly with its expansion. We grow quickly, so this role can grow with your interests over time, whether you want to deepen the experience of financing or people’s operations, or continue to develop as a general expert in operations.

What will you do?

• Supporting bills, holding notebooks, and sellers payments
• Help in moving, contracts and internal documents
• Coordination of office supplies, logistics services and sellers’ relationships
• Organizing meetings, team events, and outside the company
• Dealing with custom operating tasks and improving internal operations
• Maintaining human resources records and supporting requests related to individuals

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, supervisor, human resources, or commercial support
• Organized and brief details with a practical approach
• Clear communication that works well through the teams
• Comfortable with tasks and priorities
• Identify a Google work space, concept, stagnation, basic tools for human resources or financial tools
• It is fluent in English and German conversation (B1/B2 – this is necessary to communicate with external sellers, reservations, etc.)
