- Dealing with preparatory accounting and payments. Work closely with our financing team to collect and organize bills, receipts, bank account data and expenses documents. Prepare payment operations and make sure the sellers and team expenses are accurately registered. Candis and Pleo will be used through our various sites to track and classify expenses and ensure that all receipts find their way to accounting.
- Be the reliable organizer of the operating partner. Calendar management of the employment partner, table meetings (team), appointments and travel (team). Coordination of materials, support organized and deal with communications, so nothing slips through cracks. The estimated authority is very important – it will deal with sensitive information carefully.
- Supporting human resources. Take the ownership of the human resources official through the company. Help with employment and employment – after job ads, screen applications and organizing interviews.
