🚀 Running, my second job and my passion …: running in Rome: Watching the tourist attractions is another sport!
shared
I spent two nights in Rome, on my way to a wedding in Adriatic. I spent the second and full day in the Vatican, from 8 to 5, a type of day in the tourist office! Of course, in the morning, in the morning, a short vision of the Pope’s car while leaving the general audience, St. Peter, with climbing to the top of its dome, from the staircase, the super road! (There is an elevator option.) I had planned to run across Rome to return to my hotel but it was hot and you were roasted. It might be embarrassing to confess, I have always found to run for hours, from visiting the museum! Slow pace, constant stopping, not my sport! However, once in a while, you have to absorb such wealth from history and culture, it would be a shame to miss this place.
Therefore, he did not run on Wednesday, but a short tour of Rome upon arrival on Tuesday afternoon, before working meetings during the evening.
It was not my first time in Rome, but it was years and for business meetings. I saw on Google maps that the runway was open until 7:30 pm, and this was my first goal. I got there around 6:15, but they did not take any other visitors, just left those on their tour.
From there, I jumped on the huge big stones in the forum, then headed towards the Pantheon.
This was the first week of September: a little less than the Mayor of May, but they are still a completely crowd to move through the sidewalks or around. In addition to the locals because the weather was great and children are still on their summer vacation. Then the title, this sport requires a great focus and many stops to take traffic in the streets.
As usual, this real visit does not solve, I hope you have the opportunity if you have not already gone to Rome and Vatican. As they say, All roads lead to Rome!
