The application helps users find someone to contact it quickly, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: We are doing our best to understand the needs of users and shorten their way from registering to finding a perfect partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the top 10 dating applications in the United States of America. 35 meters registered users, 50 meters matching annually, 1.5b sent likes, 900 km per month active users, 4.6/5 Apple store and 4.4/5 Google Play user reviews.

you will Leading efforts to improve liquefaction strategies, enhance revenue generation, and pay business growth by making data -based decisions. This role requires close cooperation with multi -functional teams, including design, analyzes, user and engineering research, to implement influential features that increase the user’s participation and revenues.

From you:

● 3+ years of experience as director of products, focusing on liquefy strategies.
● A busy record of successful improvement features to improve and limit liquefy (for example, subscriptions, applications, ads).
● A strong background in taking advantage of data analysis to improve liquefy and improving revenue performance.
● Experience in the A/B test management, pricing and experimentation strategies to enhance income results.
● Collective action skills and excellent interests, with the ability to align the goals of liquefy them through teams.
● Introduction with financial scales and main performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of liquefaction strategies.
