We are looking for senior producer / business analyst to lead one of our managed development projects for a major insurance company. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital innovation, manage customer relationships, and provide products. It combines the role of entrepreneurship in Julians with the stability of the insurance sector.

Overview of the role

As director of the product / business analyst, it will be the main point of communication between the customer and the development team, ensuring that the requirements are well captured, the priorities are clear, and the expectations are expected. You will be responsible for managing domain changes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of the project. This is a big role, independent, and facing a very customer.

Main responsibilities:

● Sign as the basic communication between the insurance customer and the development team
● Collecting gray requirements, refinement, and documents to ensure clarity and alignment
● Managing domain changes and ensuring the balance of stakeholders’ expectations for the feasibility of delivery

● Translate work needs into implementable requirements, user stories and admission standards
● Facilitate determining the priorities of the accumulation and planning of the enemy in cooperation with the customer and the development team
● Providing status updates, progress reports and risk assessment for stakeholders
● Ensuring the project alignment with customer goals and long -term vision
● The hero of best practices in product management and business analysis, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout the delivery process.

requirements:

● Experience at a large level as director of products or business analyst
● A busy record in managing technology projects facing the customer, perfectly in the complex or organized industries
● Strong experience in dealing with changes, prioritization, and multiple stakeholders
● English efficiency from C2 with excellent oral communication skills
● A strong understanding of product management and business analysis practices, including collecting requirements, accumulating management, delivery of delivery, and employers management
● Experience with graceful methodologies and work closely with development teams
● The insurance industry experience is plus, but it is not required
● The ability to work independently and lead the results in a distant international environment.
