Here’s more about the role and what we are looking for:

The researcher’s partners are required to contribute to the research project in England and the Arcadia Foundation, which has funded the future project for open institutions (OBF), which consists of partners including universities, libraries, publishers and infrastructure service providers. A fellow researcher will work with a colleague of the current researcher at the University of Luburu on the contributions to the OBF project and is closely cooperating with the project partners in two main research fields:

  • Conducting research on the National Library (such as the British Library) is the progress of work and procedures to determine how to maintain digitally open access books in these libraries. This will include organizing / operating workshops, taking notes, drawing maps for operations and writing reports.
  • Conducting research on memorization and digital archiving practices of doctoral theses. This will include a questionnaire, interviews / concentration groups, quality / quantitative data analysis and reports writing.

In addition, and Associate researcher Relationships are expected to build with the broader project through related work packages.

The post is for a full -time contract for a period of six months from the date of the contract.
