About this team and the role:

The new Mozilla Products Group is a fast -paced organization for project owners and individuals with entrepreneurship. We build new products from A to Z, explore investment and acquisition methods, and try them quickly to solve exciting problems for people who can form the basis of the new Mozilla companies.

As a great designer for employees, you will be one of the first designers to form 0 → 1 products, and they often work with only one engineer and one engineer to verify the authenticity of concepts, test hypotheses, and construction for absolutely.

It should be comfortable in design at all stages of the early product life cycle of Discovery through release and initial growth. What will you do:

• I own the tripDiscovery’s lead design through launch, including research, brand, flow and high -resolution user interface.
• The initial model with artificial intelligence and symbolUse artificial intelligence tools, error correction, and ingredients (React) to quickly verify the correct ideas.
• Bridge specialties: Cooperation daily with product, engineering, tickets, QA and SHIP.
• System thinking: Create status charts, flows, and design patterns that exceed one feature.

• 7+ years Building 0 → 1 products in the startup settings, with a portfolio displaying charged products, not just concepts.
• Evidence of charging designs that balance the user’s needs, technical feasibility, and business results.

• A strong communication capable of framing the design bodies clearly to the PMS and engineers.
