In this situation, you will support talent buyers and organize talent tracking for places within the living nation’s markets in the Contect and Opsteit region. Responsibilities include coordinating collective calls to the exhibition, expenses reports and dealing with heavy phones. Interface and partner with various departments. Providing a special project and general written support for the reservation department as needed.

What will this role do?
• Establishing, establishing and maintaining positive relations with agents, managers and representatives of industry
• Negotiating and implementing all contractual agreements between LN and artists and places
• Review and processing contracts and artists ’contracts to sign, request demand, and meet any contract needs.
• Helping to settle offers.
• Maintaining calendars
• Helping in the projects of the business unit and other allocated duties
• You must be able and ready to travel to New York State to cover the width and settlements
• Providing general administrative support and performing various administrative duties; Give priority and project management with minimal supervision.
• A front with agents and places to verify availability and build a calendar for events
• Managing internal documents using internal reservation systems, calendars and ticket tables.
• The candidate must be able to provide support exceeding standard working hours

• Excessive organizational skills; The ability to multiple task, cooperation, and prioritize.

• It should be a strong team player, with a steady professional behavior and the ability to deal with all types of individuals.
