Meanwhile, the Job & Talent Engineering structure significantly changed. How did we face this challenge to make our new quality approach to quality management? Read!
Global changes
Job & Talent was redefined by the end of the Operations Department. The reason behind this is to enhance the vertical engineering and the product. This new approach gave reasons to create two new sectors. Some old teams were combined, some are divided while others were created – from scratch.

During the next two months, our application will be subject to deep redesign. Not only the user interface, but also UX will be changed. Also, there will be significant changes such as login or access to some sections without creating an account, a list of opportunities named “Feeding jobs”Etc. On the other hand, our internal product that has been created to manage candidates and employees will also be subject to major changes. We have made our constant interest in user comments aware of their needs.

Quality assistance changes
At Job & Talent, we go to quality with a help approach. For example, as a coach, or his teacher if you will, he cooperates with each member of any team; With the commitment to implement the graceful and comprehensive test habits.
If we look at the amount of the engineering and product team growth, we will clearly see the need for the quality of the quality team as well. So, we went from one QA to six. All this with different experiences and experiences, but with a clear common vision of what we understand as quality.

Hello, Ivan speaks. She arrived at the company at some point, coinciding with one of the most beautiful moments of Alba’s life … the birth of her son.
The company has a strong vision on how to lead the quality assurance team. In short, the quality must grow from the difference, not from individuals. Each team appointed one member as a high -quality gardener, the person who “seeds” of quality procedures within the teams, as Alba explained in the previous article.
I came from a different perspective about the management of quality assurance teams. In this approach, each team had a special test that took care of quality. This new approach, however, made me fall in love with her.
There is no quality guarantee team that can guide me, which makes my new work attractive, but at the same time, it is not its easiest. I realized that working with the gardeners is a good way to start, but if you want to help them, it is impossible without working side by side, guiding/guiding them, or giving them room for quality experience. There are many of them guided by only one person.
In my view, the best option to address this was to create a quality assurance team that helped me reach all the teams, which had the same way to think, and most importantly, I shared my passion. This is how she created the role of quality coach to form a new quality assurance team.
What do you mean by quality coach?
First of all, we must admit that we are severely affected Ann Mary Chart role. In our case, the role arises from the need to create a character closer to the quality of the quality assigned in each team so that it can be directed and supported.
At the same time, the coach can work with them and the team they belong to, and collectively enhance quality through facilitation, education, experimentation and perception.

- Technical skills – You do not need icon functions, but you need to create tools that help developers to improve their code.
How did it affect the quality gardeners?
You cannot force a flower to grow, and therefore you cannot force the team to work in quality. You need to give them a goal. You need to facilitate tools and give them information and explanation. You need to solve their doubts. Only then, will they start growing.
For this reason, the first thing we did is to give them a way to reach the goal of improving our quality. We called this path a journey of quality guarantee. A quarterly plan decided by the team, allowing them to focus on improving many quality initiatives, step by step.

New quality help tools for everyone
A quality guarantee journey presented us with a new “tools” framework. Through quality coaches cooperation, quality gardeners can share these tools with their teams to facilitate the most improved learning and work.
One of the first teams received is the automated operating tool. It allowed all the teams to carry out the automation test from one to the party regardless of the environment. It also allows the team to share the responsibility for creating an automation text. Now, the rear interface developers can create text programs that can be used by iOS developers. Or Android developers can create them to implement it on the background web page. Thanks to this, the silos began to disappear.
The team also received a tool that allows them to manage all tests and improvements in one place. Aside from the test management, you can also review functional coverage. The tool is also connected to the previous automation tool.
Unified scales help the difference to measure their quality and know whether or not. In this case, the difference realized that the available information was very general. The scales are continuously improved to bring information that may be of basic value.

Time and coordination of the gardeners in the two weeks
As the participants in the gardener meeting increased every two weeks, it became overwhelming to maintain the old coordination based on the participation of the accomplished work and a discussion on a specific topic.
As a result, we decided that the meetings every two weeks will be shorter, and they will be registered and will be a platform for sharing any related experience in the quality of a member of the forum.
This can be dealt with in several different ways, and if you give the team autonomy, you create a supportive and exciting educational environment. We are working to stimulate those present as much as possible during these meetings, yet we know that it will take some time.
How to work along with the gardeners
Each vertical possibility has made the QA coach easy to work more closely with the gardeners.
