Specific duties and responsibilities
- It monitors civil planning operations to assess the general technical capabilities of civil developments, buildings or new infrastructure projects
- It creates general technical plans for civil planning and development projects, ensuring the consultation of departments, society and communication

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- University graduation, preferably at the level of a master’s degree in the Fine Arts Sector or Cultural Planning, with a great related experience, or a mixture of education and relevant experience
- Administrative experience in working with the municipality or other levels of government public arts programs showed
- Experience in completing complex planning operations in the public sector showed; A comprehensive knowledge of the issues of planning and contemporary public art
Knowledge, skills and capabilities:
- Knowing general technical resources, including artists, artistic institutions, educational institutions, and supporting other infrastructure.
