We are looking for a research colleague to work on a MRC project that develops Bayesian reasoning methods to analyze mediation using e -registration data (EHR).
The research colleague will design and implement the Baysi methods and programs to study mediation using longitudinal data that show violations and information for the visit.
The work stimulates the goal of finding mediator mechanisms for cardiovascular disease in people with eczema. For this purpose, the project will use a current population of more than 5 million patients from CPRD (datalink clinical practice), anonymous data from a network of GP practices throughout the United Kingdom.
The pregnant woman will have a graduate degree, perfectly, a doctorate degree, in a relevant topic and experience developing complex statistical models for real data analysis. Large data collection analysis experience is also necessary. Other details are included in the job description.
This publication is 35 hours per week, 1.0 FTE and the fixed duration until February 29, 2028. The post is funded by the Medical Research Council and is available from 01 November 2025.
The salary will be on the LSHTM salary scale, grade 6, 45,097 pounds annually (including weighting in London). The post will be subject to LSHTM terms and service provisions. The annual leave right is 30 working days per year, PRO RATA for part -time employees. In addition, there are appreciation “welfare days”. Pension scheme membership is available. The post is located in London in Lshtm.
