Summary of the situation
The director of the strategy, the United States of America (SDUS) is responsible for the CEO and the director of the partnership strategy in designing, developing and developing goals and results of the CHRISTENSEN FUND program that focuses on rights.

SDUS collaborates and adopts partnerships with Kristensen Fund staff, donors, donors and allies. The SDUS also facilitates software strategy, informing grants, building capacity, learning and exchange, collecting donations and building network and alliances inside and granting the local Kristensen Fund.

The Kristensen Fund recently adopted a strategic plan to guide the organization until 2028. This plan focuses on providing long -term support to basic partners. The organization is currently defining the long -term grant granting plan to activate the goals of the strategic plan, and SDUS will play an important role in defining the best way to interact with partners for long -term support.

This is a full -time position based in the United States. The site is flexible, but it must include access to the reliable high -speed internet and the ability to access an international airport during one day travel. This position requires regular travel.

The basic fields of responsibility
The main responsibilities depend on the basic grant functions of the Kristensen Fund and the goals of the United States strategy.

  • Cultivating, managing and preserving trust relationships With allocated partners, national institutions, allies, and a network of donors/multi -donor boxes
  • US grant administration Including the management and documentation of all partners of the US Portfolio
  • Understanding and supporting the United States strategy By maintaining the current social, economic and political forces, including operations that affect the rights of the indigenous population, landswiri, and self -determination.
  • Organizing opportunities for employees and members of the Board of Directors at the Christnin Fund to better understand the needs and work of our partners The beneficiaries, including online seminars, retreat, site visits, and paintings.
