Role

In Raversbourne, we are looking for a coordinator of content and recruitment capacity to bring creativity, energy and new ideas to our team.

In this role, you will create an attractive and comprehensive employment content that helps students take steps to determine their future functions clearly.

From formulating convincing social media campaigns and digital resources to enhance participation in events and workshops, you will make sure that our employment service is connected to students in a dynamic and meaningful ways.

What will you do?

• Create prominent jobs and content content content via web, social and digital platforms.
• Administration of content evaluation, campaigns and functional platforms that are in line with the student’s trip.
• Building participation and society through social media activity is remarkable and campaigns that focus on students.
• Enhancing opportunities, events and success stories that inspire students and employers to participate.
• Partnership with colleagues, students, graduates and employers to participate in creating influential content.
• Supporting the delivery of events such as job fairs, employer paintings, and employment weeks.
• Design and submitting interactive workshops, online seminars and additions

Candidate

You will be a positive, proactive and cooperation member, with experience in creating a dynamic and attractive content via digital media platforms.

Organized and with a problem to solve problems, it will flourish in a crowded environment, and try to balance multiple projects without losing the creative feature.

You have …

• An experiment installed in creating educational and educational content, with a tendency to create attractive content and campaigns.
• Practical skills with tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Clear contact communication skills, drawing attractive pictures, or speaking personally.
• New ideas for digital content and campaigns.
• A good understanding of the students ’audiences and know how to inspire sharing.
• Wonderful organizational skills and flourish when managing multiple projects and competing final dates.
• Understanding equality, diversity and inclusion, and how to include it in everything you do.
• Defended to support the student’s success and link them with meaningful opportunities.
