Summary of the job

  • Catilas Resources Limited on behalf of our customer, the pioneering commercial bank seeks to employ Customer care officers are highly motivated. The ideal filter is to perform the following responsibilities:

Customer service and deal with inquiries

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, individual interactions, etc.
  • Providing information about banking products, services, policies and procedures.
  • Keep a professional and positive position while helping customers.

Critical handling jobs and guard

  • Paints of the process, withdrawal, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Deal with cash transactions, verify amounts, and ensure the memorization of fine records.
  • Reconciliation between daily transactions with the balance of cash drawers at the end of the day.
  • Checks, drafts and other banking tools are issued.

Case decision and technical support

  • Determine false notes and report suspicious transactions in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Solve customer complaints immediately, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Investigating contradictions, identifying radical causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Help customers with online banking and mobile banking problems, explore and repair errors as needed.

Request and processing transactions

  • Facilitate the opening of the account, loan applications, and the issuance of cards.
  • Help in demands and track transactions and processing.

Customer education and sales

  • Customer education on product features and benefits.
  • Enhancing additional banking products and services, such as loans, savings plans and investment options.
  • We recommend promotions or complementary financial solutions to meet customer needs.

Record management and compliance

  • Update and maintain delicate customer records in the banking database.
  • Documenting customer interactions, comments, and decisions.
  • Commitment to banking regulations, anti -money laundering policies (AML), data protection instructions.

Cooperation and performance measures

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth solution.
  • Meeting service standards such as response time, accuracy and customer satisfaction degrees.
  • Contribute to initiatives to improve the process and provide customer notes to enhance services.

Continuous improvement and customer experience

  • Stay on a permanent knowledge of banking policies, industry trends and new financial products.
  • Seek to overcome customer expectations and build long -term relationships.
  • Make sure of the sympathy and concentrated customer in all interactions.

requirements

Education requirements:

  • The candidate must be normal for diploma (OND) in any field with a minimum of low credit.
  • The age of applicants should be 25 years old as of the last Christmas.

Skills requirements:

  • The experience of banking processes is an additional feature.
  • Strong skills, problem solving, and time management.
  • High level of accountability, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Efficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and customer service skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
