Location: Lancaster. Open to flexible work arrangements, for example, starting/finishing flexible work and remote work/mixed office (usually four days on campus, one day of the house works if desired).

We are looking for an innovative digital content with the exceptional digital, technical and organizational skills and successful experience in managing information services within a complex institution.

Due to digital content leadership, you will ensure success in developing, improving and managing digital student information information service via the Internet, which is delivered through the student portal online and iLancaster, the university’s mobile application. You will support stakeholders throughout the university to develop digital content, manage content quality standards, determine guidance and provide training to use ASK Online in Portal and Ilancaster Services. It will work as a basic contact point for local content editors through professional services departments, colleges, academic departments and the Student Union and will need to establish fruitful business relations with a wide range of stakeholders.

This post is presented on the basis of a fixed period for a period of 6 months in the first place.
