We are looking for a large product manager to join our primary team. This role is ideal for the great individual shareholder who flourishes in a quick environment remotely. The first product manager will be responsible for forming the product strategy within their region, working closely with multi -functional teams, and ensuring that the product initiatives provide measurable value to independents and customers.

Overview of the role

As a great manager of Golace products, you will have a full product life cycle, from Discovery to Delivery. You will participate in engineering, design, data and stakeholders in business to determine priorities, make informed scores, and implement the company’s goals. This is a very big and independent role that requires strong skills to solve problems, an informed approach to data, and excellent communication.

Main responsibilities

● Determine and implement the product strategy and the road map in compliance with the company’s goals
● Conducting discovery, collecting ideas and translating them into practical opportunities
● Give priority to initiatives using organized frameworks that balance the effect, effort and value of work
● A partner with design and engineering to provide high -quality products on time
● Write the requirements of the clear product, user stories and admission standards
● Monitor the performance of the product through the analysis of data, standards and user comments
● Cooperation with stakeholders throughout the work to agree on priorities and results
● She represents the customer’s voice and make sure that the user’s needs in the product decisions include
● Continuous improvement of product operations to improve efficiency and clarity

requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field
● At least 6 years of experience as a manager, ideally from a large level, in technology -based companies
● A busy record in providing influential products in multi -functional environments
● The strong ability to manage priorities, balance of bodies, and payment for implementation of fast -paced settings
● Deep familiarity with graceful methodologies and modern products development practices
● Excellent analytical skills and problem solving with experience using data to inform the decisions
● Distinguished Communication Skills with the English language efficiency in C2 in both the written and operative model
● Experience of managing diverse stakeholders and harmonizing multiple views in the direction of a clear product

● Experience in work in independent markets, employment platforms, or other -sided markets
● Participate in initiatives or projects that depend on artificial intelligence
● The background in Fintech or payments, especially in cross -border transactions or contractor payments
● Knowledge of the development of products and their data -based experiment
