Job requirements:

Basic design works

• The main editing design through digital and social channels (features, social accounts, newsletters, graphics, technical trend, etc.)

• Determine and develop the visual systems of Totei – printing, network, clarification method and brand elements

• Building preliminary forms, templates and tools to support the workforce workflow

• Leadership of interactive stories and allocated editing treatments

• Refine the details while zooming to direct the general creative direction

• Administration of independent shareholders and possible future appointments for mentors

Creative leadership

• Determine a high level of design quality through the frequent visual and experimental implementation

• Cooperating closely with the editorial leadership and partners through jobs to form and provide a bold coherent vision for the full user trip.

• Lead with the first user mentality, lift the experience design as a major engine of value and differentiation.

• Promoting the brand identity and safety through design options that build credibility and clearly communicate to what distinguishes us.

• Enhancing a culture of rapid primary models and solving problems led by design, which enables the teams to test, learn experiences.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience, with a strong basis in both visual and interactive work

• The repeated eye of printing, planning, color, movement and user behavior, with the ability to translate these elements into intuitive and beautiful experiences

• He is proficient in Figma and skill in the functioning of work, repetition and rapid repetition

• It is experienced in developing and preserving coherent digital design systems that expand via platforms and screen sizes

• Knowledge of the design of multimedia formats – including video, sound and graphics – and its inclusion smoothly into digital experiences

• A strong understanding of social media design, with the ability to create convincing visual assets that have been improved to participate via channels such as Instagram, Tiktok and LinkedIn
