The basic function:
Sterling payment technologies provide sales points technology and electronic transactions processing services for the country. Sales are made through our ISO network, community banks or associations. The role of the technical support representative is to provide the phone service and support the Merchant Steling customer base.
Basic functions:
- The ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats with individuals or groups
- The ability to deal with multiple projects, work in a fast -paced environment and meet the deadline

- The ability to exercise discretionary power and independent judgment in making decisions
- The ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of employees, partners and sellers
- The ability to deal with secret materials appropriately
- Actors will take the ownership of every call and see that every trader is satisfied with the outcome of the call.
- Actresses will continue to expand their knowledge of the processing industry in relation to cards industry regulations, all internal applications, and third -party applications.
Responsibilities:
- It works as a defender and interface for national sales partners with all operating departments and internal and external sellers.
- Actors will answer phone calls immediately and inquiries via e -mail as an ACD call center.
- Actors will help merchants reconcile their manufactured transactions.
- Actors will adhere to the operating center of the communication center and maintain the culture of the communication center determined by the administration.
- Providing continuous support to our commercial base on preparation, bills, settlement, and addressing the history of the account.
- Actors are responsible for the customer’s general satisfaction by providing quality sales point accounts.
- Performing various job duties as set.
The minimum requirements / job skills: To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to perform every basic duty in the form of illness. The required requirements below represents knowledge, skill and/or the required capacity. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform basic jobs.
- Credit card experience in the industries you get or issue.
- The experience of sales support in the card that acquires the industry.
- The effective knowledge of the Microsoft Office wing including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The required high school diploma.
- BS or ba preferably.
- One year’s experience in the service of the communication center customer.
