Civil standards: Educational qualifications:

General Manager (renewable):

• It is preferable that the engineering graduate in electrical energy engineering/ solar energy/ energy/ energy engineering/ energy engineering/ renewable energy from a recognized university/ institute.
• Desired – the degree of graduate studies / diploma in management.

General Manager (New Technology):

• A graduate of engineering is preferable to be in electrical energy/ chemical engineering/ solar energy/ energy/ energy engineering/ renewable energy from a recognized university/ institute.
• Desired – 02 years after the degree of graduate studies / diploma in management.

General Manager (contracts and purchases):

• It is preferable that the engineering graduate in electrical energy engineering/ solar energy/ energy/ energy engineering/ energy engineering/ renewable energy from a recognized university/ institute. (Or) Two Master of Management
• Desired – the degree of graduate studies / diploma in management.

General Manager (Human Resources and Administration):

• A degree in any specialty.
• After two years of graduate degree in social work / business administration / Business Administration with specialization in employee management / human resources / industrial relations / business care with 60 % signs of an institute / recognized university (or) after postgraduate studies / employment studies diploma for 60 % of the signs or what is appointed.
• Master’s degree / graduate in law is desirable.

The minimum age: No more than 50 years of closing date. Relaxing age according to the rules.
